Into the World of Outdoor Sculpture

“Experts agree that buying and collecting art is not just about the two-dimensional anymore. Sculpture, especially in the outdoor realm, can bring a collection full circle and add to the sophistication of gallery and client collections alike.
From the adornment of a private home to the enhancement of a corporate setting, outdoor sculptures cause the eye to linger just a little longer. This lingering can be good for business and emotional health. During times of national hardship, people tend to be particularly interested in something solid—something with lasting value. For these very reasons, and despite current economic woes, experts say the interest in outdoor sculpture has significantly increased over the past decade, and the trend is continuing.” …
… “I spent 10 years focusing on public art commissions and sculptures and did so because people love outdoor art,” Brunker says. “The art has such an uplifting effect in communities. I opened the gallery to create a place where people could come to look for possibilities for outdoor art.” …
